How to stop raging

         I know how you guys think, whenever you die in a video game or fail to do a mission in the game you
just want to throw your controller on the ground or just bang your phone on the table. To avoid this, here are a few steps.

• Stop playing and think about what you did wrong
• If that doesn't work look for a tutorial
• If people are spamming tell them to shut up or mute them

• If you are playing online multiplayer don’t get angry in chat or with a headphone just plug out your headphones then yell.
• Try not to be predictable when playing

• If you are raging to hard then you are taking the game to serious.
